PLEASE CAREFULLY READ EACH SECTION
I. COST AND RELEASE DATES
✰ 2T0 tickets: $60
✰ Guest tickets: $80 (each student can bring a maximum of 1 guest)
✰ There will be TWO ROUNDS of ticket sales (available on a first-come-first-serve basis)
–> ROUND 1 – Opens March 1, 2020. Payment for round 1 is due by March 30 at 5:00 pm EST
–> ROUND 2 – Opens April 1, 2020. Payment for round 2 is due by April 30 at 5:00 pm EST
II. ACQUIRING TICKETS
✰ Every 2T0 will need to register through this Google Form: https://forms.gle/2jDm5JHx1hFHxTqz8 (**will open on March 1, 2020**). If you are bringing a guest, guest ticket is registered through this form as well.
✰ Once you have completed the registration process, please pay ASAP via e-transfer (details in section IV)
✰ ROUND 1: If payment is not received by March 30 at 5:00pm EST, your ticket(s) will be forfeited, and pooled into round 2 sales
✰ Once payment is received, a confirmation Eventbrite ticket will be sent to your and your guest’s email address by April 1,2020. You are required to present your Eventbrite ticket on the day of event, so please do not delete it.
III. TABLE SEATING
✰ Individual seat selection will occur on May 1, 2020 (after ticket sales close)
✰ You can reserve a table beforehand only if you have a complete group of 10 people
✰ To reserve a table, please coordinate to have ONE person fill out this google form: https://forms.gle/rnpmtCehyLVtxHp9A (**will open on March 1, 2020**)
✰ We will process the table preferences on a first-come-first-serve basis. This form will allow you to choose top 3 preferences. Payments for all attendees in the group must be received by March 30 at 5:00 pm EST or the table will be released.
✰ We will confirm your table reservation once payment is received from all 10 guests. Only tables are assigned, you may switch seats within the table however you like after.
IV. PAYMENT PROCESS
✰ Only e-transfers will be accepted, please send total payment to : payment@uoftpharmacy.com
