The time is finally upon us, it’s that glorious moment you’ve been waiting for! No, not graduation, grad photos! Time to don some robes and put on those caps for an awesome photoshoot to commemorate your time here at the faculty!
GENERAL INFORMATION
When is it?
☆ Jan 21, 2019 to Feb 5, 2019; Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm.
Where is it?
☆ UPS Meeting Room at PB (beside PBB150)
SESSION DETAILS!
☆ Sitting fee for each session is $25, to be paid at the photoshoot (cash, debit, and credit are accepted).
☆ Each session will be 20 minutes long with at least 4 different backdrop backgrounds. Historically, this has been enough for 10-12 poses (up to 16).
☆ You will have the opportunity to look at your photos at the photoshoot during the last 5 minutes, and do any retakes if necessary before the end of your photoshoot. If you would like a certain editing feature such as Black & White, please let your photographer know when viewing photos during the last 5 minutes of your photoshoot.
PROPS
☆ Leslie Dan Faculty of Pharmacy-themed gowns, hats, and other graduation-related props will be provided.
☆ Bringing your own prop(s) is allowed. You can bring anything you want, and are encouraged to bring any prop that is symbolic of your time in pharmacy.
☆ When considering which shirt to wear underneath the gown, do remember that the collar part of your shirt will show through the gown.
GROUP PHOTOS
☆ There is a limit of 6 people at each photo session (i.e. you can bring 5 friends). Each additional person will cost $5 per additional person (i.e. 6th friend will increase cost of photoshoot to $30, 7th friend will increase cost to $35). As there is a time restriction for each photo shoot, this limit is set to help reduce wasted transition time. Please note that any time used for group photos will cut into the 20-minute individual timeslot.

SCHEDULING ACCOMMODATIONS
☆ If you are unavailable for Jan 21-Feb 4,2019, retakes will take place around last week of March (TBA).
☆ After booking your timeslot, if an emergency arises and you can no longer attend your appointment, you can cancel your appointment on the website if it is at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
